To participate in the Mahindra Campus Hiring program, students need to register on the Eduthrill platform and create their profiles. The platform allows students to provide detailed information about their educational background, skills, and achievements.
The assessment process consists of online tests that evaluate the candidates' technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning, and aptitude. These assessments include both coding exercises and multiple-choice questions (MCQs), designed to assess the candidates' theoretical knowledge and practical application of concepts.
